There is potable water and non-potable rinse water available at the RV dump station located at US 101 & Grand Avenue. To get there, you need to go west on Grand Avenue, then south on Halcyon Road, west on Hwy. 1, south on 22nd Street, and finally west on Silver Spur Place.
