To get to Laughlin Air Force Base from Del Rio, you need to take US 90 North for approximately 10 miles. Then, turn right onto the road that leads to the dam, known as Spur 349. After passing the dam headquarters, take the first road on your right to reach Laughlin Air Force Base.
