Potable and rinse water (non-potable) are available at Jacksonville Naval Air Station. To access the RV dump station, you can take I-295 Exit 10 and head north on Roosevelt Road (US-17) until you reach Birmingham Avenue, which is the gate access to Jacksonville NAS.
