Potable and non-potable rinse water are available at the junction of I-5 and Exit 230. To access the water, travel west for 14 miles on State Route 20 to Fidalgo Bay Road. Continue for 500 feet past the Whidbey Island turnoff, then turn right and travel northwest for 1 mile.
