go North from Hwy. 70 on North 8th Avenue about a third of a mile, turn Left on Reclamation Way, a ways before the Gila River and go about a quarter of a mile to the fenced plant entrance, turn Left inside fence and sign in at admin building just inside of East door, then drive West of admin building to dump station visible off to the Left; dump station is a large diameter pipe elevated maybe 6 inches off of the ground
