I have received reports that it is open to the public and that it is not open to the public; free overnight parking with electric and water for one night; free parking area is in front parking lot area on Right side, RV dump is located in the back, behind the gate; courteous service; dump hose provided; not open during the Christmas holidays December 23 - January 3
