fresh water is available by purchasing a (refundable) $10.00 smart card from City Hall (credit cards accepted), which you load up with some money, then you can fill up at the same location as the dump by using the money on the card at a rate of approximately $12.00 / cubic meter; so, approximately 0.2 cubic meter gets about 50 gallons; i.e. $3.00 or $4.00 gets a fill up
