from Gulf Breeze and US 98, take FL 399 to Pensacola Beach, there is a $1 toll for all vehicles, at the traffic light, turn Right on Fort Pickens Road, travel 8 miles West, passing through the National Park Entrance Station, the two dump stations are near the end of Fort Pickens Road in the two campground loops
