Sani-dump is locked, pay fee and get instructions at the Visitor Information Bureau, 19 Fram Street (heading North on Nordic Drive, two blocks after Haugen, turn Right on Fram Street, go five blocks, it will be on your Left); fee includes potable water; there is no charge to stay in the staging lot while waiting for a ferry; get windshield permission sheet from Visitor's Information Bureau
