turn into the driveway and go about 1/4 mile to the sign on the first round cement building that says Communaute urbaine de l'outaouais service de l'environment, reception des boues des fosses septique; behind the double blue doors is a hose with non potable water; the RV dump is a hole in the asphalt in front of the door; there is a number on a folding easel that you must call, someone will come to verify that you are an RV (they had problems with commercial septic pumpers using the site)
