Benning is a closed post, everyone entering the post must show ID, all visitors to post must show a valid license and registration get a temporary permit; one can get to Uchee Creek via AL 165 and 101st Airborne Division Road, from this direction you will not go onto Ft. Benning and no ID is required; anyone can use the dump station for a $10 fee, no ID required; ID is required for camping
