Twentynine Palms Marine Corps Air/Ground Combat Center; reported 2011-03-01 there is no dump station, the is septic for residents only, they may allow you to dump in an empty slot if there is one but it is better to ask forgiveness rather then permission situation, they have no procedure in place for nonresidents to dump
